We are proud to be York Region's first certified play therapy center located in Vaughan, dedicated to providing exceptional mental health services to children, individuals, and families across York Region and beyond. With a focus on innovative and compassionate care, we offer specialized therapies such as play therapy and sand-play therapy, EMDR, and art-based approaches.

What to Expect

Schedule an Appointment

Set up a time for you to do a free 20-minute consultation via phone or video or in-person appointment

Your Consultation

Your initial consultation is for you to briefly discuss what currently is going on for you, what will best meet your needs and any questions you have. During this appointment you get to meet your therapist & see if its a good match for you. 

Ongoing Support

Book your first session to complete a full assessment and history taking. Your therapist will work with you to set your goals with therapy options that align with your preferences.

Follow-ups

Scheduling check-ins appointments allows us to address any lingering concerns or provide additional support tailored to your needs. It's an opportunity to fine-tune your progress and ensure ongoing well-being.
