Is your child struggling with big emotions, school stress, or navigating life with neurodiversity? Are you a teen or young adult feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of where to turn?
Life brings all kinds of challenges — from school stress and family changes to moments of uncertainty that leave us feeling stuck. Therapy can be a powerful space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with ourselves. I strive to offer that space: one that is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in respect.
As a therapist-in-training currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University, I take a client-centered, culturally-informed approach to my work. I believe meaningful change starts with feeling heard, and I tailor each session to meet clients where they are — emotionally, mentally, and developmentally.
My background includes supporting children and adolescents with neurodivergence and various learning needs, particularly in educational and behavioural settings. With an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology and experience as both a developmental support worker and educational assistant, I’ve developed a strong foundation in creating inclusive, supportive environments that prioritize emotional safety.
I currently work with individuals aged 10 and up, including youth and young adults navigating life transitions, stress, identity, and self-esteem challenges. I draw from multiple approaches including Strengths-Based, Cognitive Behavioural, and Solution-Focused therapy, always guided by empathy, curiosity, and collaboration.
Outside of therapy, I’m a lifelong animal lover and volunteer with Niagara Dog Rescue. I also enjoy creative projects, time outdoors, and giving back through community-based organizations.
Whether you're a young person finding your voice or someone trying to regain direction, I’m here to walk alongside you in your journey toward greater self-understanding and emotional well-being.
