Being a parent is one of the most rewarding yet challenging roles in life. Parenting, relationships, and life’s challenges.. it all can feel overwhelming.
Some days, you feel like you’re holding everything together; other days, the weight of your child’s struggles, relationship stress, and personal responsibilities feels like too much. Whether you're a parent navigating your child's emotional outbursts and anxiety, a couple struggling with connection, or a family dealing with trauma and conflict, I see you. I understand because I’ve been there.
As a therapist and a single mother of three, I know firsthand how hard it is to manage life’s demands while wanting the best for your children, your relationships, and yourself. You want to be patient, present, and emotionally available, but when stress piles up, it’s easy to feel exhausted and disconnected. The truth is, you don’t have to go through this alone. Support is here.
With over 15 years in healthcare, I specialize in working with children, adolescents, parents, couples, and families, creating a compassionate and trauma-informed space where healing and growth can happen. I integrate play therapy, EMDR, art-based therapy, and creative modalities to help children express emotions, develop coping skills, and build resilience. But my work isn’t just about children—I also help parents navigate the complexities of raising a family, support couples in strengthening their relationships, and guide families through difficult transitions.
Relationships—whether with your children, partner, or family—require care, communication, and emotional safety. If you’re feeling disconnected, struggling with unresolved conflicts, or experiencing the strain of life’s transitions, therapy can help. I work with couples to rebuild trust, improve communication, and deepen emotional intimacy. I also support families in understanding one another, healing from past hurts, and creating healthier dynamics.
At our clinic, we offer flexible scheduling, including evening appointments, to make therapy accessible for children, adolescents, couples, and families. If you or your loved ones are struggling, you don’t have to face it alone.
Let’s take the next step together—reach out today to start your journey toward healing, connection, and lasting change.
