Are you feeling stuck between life stages—unsure of who you are or where you're headed? Life transitions can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
As a young man myself, I understand how easy it is to push things aside or feel like you have to handle everything on your own. Whether you're navigating life after high school, adjusting to university or work, or just figuring out who you are, I offer a space that’s low-pressure, supportive, and free of judgment. You don’t need to have it all together to start.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting a wide range of clients—from male teens to older adults—and I’ve learned that while our challenges may differ, we all share a need to feel seen, understood, and accepted. I’m especially passionate about helping individuals through times of change, when identity feels uncertain and emotions can feel heavy. These moments are hard—but they can also be powerful opportunities for growth.
In therapy, I take a flexible, collaborative approach that pulls from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Adlerian, Strength-Based, Solution-Focused, and Existential practices. We'll work together to shape a direction that fits your goals and your pace.
Outside of therapy, I’m into the same stuff many of my clients are—video games, music, anime, digital art, and outdoor adventures like hiking, snowboarding, or skating. These shared interests often help create a comfortable, down-to-earth connection that makes therapy feel more relatable and less clinical.
If you're feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or just ready to better understand yourself, I’m here to walk that path with you—with empathy, curiosity, and care.
