Are you a young person feeling stuck between life stages, unsure of who you are or where you're headed? Life transitions can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face them alone.
Life moves quickly, and it can feel difficult to keep up with everything happening around you. Pressures and responsibilities build, and many of us carry more than we show. Whatever your challenges may be, you don’t have to navigate them alone. I offer a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can explore your thoughts, build self-understanding, and grow at your own pace.
My experience working with a wide range of clients—from teens to older adults—has shown me that while our struggles may differ, we all share a need to be seen, accepted, and understood. I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals in times of transition: moving from high school to university, undergrad to graduate school, or entering the workforce. These turning points can bring uncertainty, identity shifts, and emotional overwhelm—but they’re also opportunities for meaningful growth.
I take an integrative and flexible approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Adlerian, Strength-Based, Solution-Focused, and Existential approaches. My goal is to meet you where you are and collaborate on a treatment plan that feels right for you.
Outside of my work as a therapist-in-training, I’m a creative at heart. I enjoy digital art, photo editing, music, and spending time outdoors—whether it’s hiking, snowboarding, skateboarding, or surfing. I’m also a lifelong fan of video games and animation, always drawn to the worlds of pop culture and storytelling.
Whether you're feeling stuck, uncertain, or simply ready to understand yourself better, I'm here to help you move forward—with empathy, curiosity, and care.
