Are you feeling overwhelmed by life changes or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you? Do you find yourself wanting support but unsure where to begin?
With over five years of experience supporting mental health across clinical, educational, and community settings, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside children, youth, and adults navigating a wide range of challenges.
My work has spanned neurodivergent support, mindfulness coaching, cognitive training, and group therapy facilitation—each experience deepening my belief that people are inherently capable of growth, especially when met with care, respect, and the right support.
My approach is integrative and collaborative, grounded in Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. These frameworks allow us to explore practical strategies while honoring your unique story, strengths, and goals. Whether you’re working through stress, adjusting to life transitions, managing ADHD, or seeking greater self-awareness, I strive to create a safe space where you can feel heard and empowered.
I’ve worked in both the healthcare and education systems, giving me a broad understanding of the evolving needs and pressures individuals face. My style is warm, strengths-based, and adaptable—focused on helping you move forward with greater clarity and self-compassion.
I’m currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and practicing as a psychotherapy intern under supervision. If you’re looking for someone who will listen without judgment and support you with care and collaboration, I’d love to connect.
