Your Consultation

Your initial consultation is for you to briefly discuss what currently is going on for you, what will best meet your needs and any questions you have. During this appointment you get to meet your therapist & see if its a good match for you. 

Ongoing Support

Book your first session to complete a full assessment and history taking. Your therapist will work with you to set your goals with therapy options that align with your preferences.

Follow-ups

Scheduling check-ins appointments allows us to address any lingering concerns or provide additional support tailored to your needs. It's an opportunity to fine-tune your progress and ensure ongoing well-being.
