Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
BA. MACP
Have you ever felt like life’s transitions leave you feeling lost or overwhelmed? Do you find yourself navigating the effects of trauma, relationship challenges, or unresolved emotional pain? If so, you’re not alone, and I’m here to support you.
As a passionate and empathetic psychotherapist, I take a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed approach to therapy. For the past six years, I’ve worked closely with newcomers, helping them rebuild their lives in Canada and navigate the complexities of change. I’ve seen firsthand how difficult endings can pave the way for beautiful new beginnings, and I believe that healing and growth are always possible.
My work focuses on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I specialize in supporting individuals through life transitions, relationship challenges, and the effects of trauma, including somatic and emotional pain. Together, we’ll work toward developing self-awareness, building resilience, and embracing life’s inevitable changes.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy playing the piano, practicing taekwondo, learning new languages, and diving into philosophy and theology. My passion for languages allows me to connect with clients in English, French, Spanish, Arabic, Italian, German, Turkish, and Mandarin, making therapy accessible and inclusive.
Taking the first step toward seeking support can feel daunting, but I’m here to walk alongside you. If you’re ready to begin your journey toward healing and self-discovery, I would be honored to support you. Let’s embrace change and cultivate a meaningful, fulfilling life together.
