Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

BA. MACP

Have you ever felt like life’s transitions leave you feeling lost or overwhelmed? Do you find yourself navigating the effects of trauma, relationship challenges, or unresolved emotional pain?

As a passionate and empathetic psychotherapist, I take a culturally sensitive, trauma-informed approach to therapy. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults with ADHD, neurodivergent individuals, and couples facing relational stress. As a Gottman-trained therapist, I support couples in strengthening connection and navigating conflict with compassion.

For the past six years, I’ve worked closely with newcomers, helping them rebuild their lives in Canada and navigate the complexities of change. I believe healing and growth are always possible, even after the most difficult chapters.

My focus is on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we’ll work toward building resilience, deepening self-awareness, and embracing change with courage.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy playing the piano, practicing taekwondo, learning new languages, and diving into philosophy and theology. I offer therapy in English, French, Spanish, Arabic, Italian, German, Turkish, and Mandarin.

Taking the first step can feel daunting, but I’m here to walk alongside you. If you’re ready to begin your journey toward healing and self-discovery, I would be honored to support you.
