Perhaps you may be experiencing life as overwhelming, especially when your circumstances might possibly be changing at a faster rate then what you are usually accustomed to, and you are encountering stress or anxiety as you go through a major life change. Maybe you are struggling to navigate the demands of life and are experiencing a lack of motivation and feelings of depression. Or maybe you’re even facing the loss of someone close to you. It is important to keep in mind that mental health support is available and with your invitation, I am here to come alongside you and explore your concerns at a pace that works for you. I am committed to establishing trust, by creating a respectful, safe and non-judgmental space, because I appreciate the complexity of feelings, thoughts and actions arising out of the circumstances you are dealing with. Furthermore, I will prioritize your worldviews, belief systems and values, while accepting and affirming your authentic self.

When you are ready, you have the option to book a free initial consultation, to assist you in determining whether I would be a suitable fit for you, as well as to discuss what you would like to get out of therapy and your preferred goals. I would enjoy the privilege of connecting and supporting you, as you move towards enhancing your mental wellbeing.
