Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

BA. MACP

Throughout life, we encounter moments of both accomplishment and challenge. These experiences can sometimes leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or other mental health issues. My client-centered approach is grounded in understanding your unique perspective. Together, we'll explore your current mental health challenges and your aspirations for the future. I place a strong emphasis on identifying your strengths, drawing from your past achievements and present successes to build resilience. I deeply respect your beliefs, values, and worldview, ensuring our discussions take place in a culturally safe space where your authentic self is valued and affirmed.

With a background in child and youth care, I have supported young individuals in diverse environments. Additionally, I have previously volunteered with elderly individuals navigating health challenges, grief, and isolation. I am also trained in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills, and committed to fostering a non-judgmental environment where you can explore and navigate any difficulties you face.

I am dedicated to establishing trust and collaborating with you on your journey toward improved mental wellbeing. I currently provide psychotherapy to children over the age of 10, adolescents and adults.
