Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

BA. MACP

Perhaps more often than not, you find you are not feeling good about yourself. Perhaps you are experiencing challenging feelings and emotions that are having a disruption in your life, or going through a major life change, maybe even a life change that you did not see coming and you’re having to endure such circumstances. You do not have to go at it alone, as therapy can often be helpful with attending to the issues of low self-esteem, low self-worth, regulating challenging emotions and dealing with expected or unexpected life transitions. With your invitation, I can come alongside you as you move towards greater mental wellbeing.

I can work with you to develop a more affirmative sense of your authentic self, gain tools to regulate emotions and cope with the unknown of a life transition. Going at the pace that works just right for you, we will explore how you are experiencing life, and develop a treatment plan best suited to you, and along the way draw attention to your strengths.

You can expect a safe, trusting and nonjudgmental space for you to share what is going on. I deeply respect your worldviews, ensuring our discussions take place in a culturally safe space. You also have the option of booking a free initial consultation to see if I would be a fit for you. I would welcome an opportunity to chat with you about what I can offer.
