Our team includes highly skilled therapists in training who are carefully selected, well-supported, and guided through weekly supervision with a Registered Psychotherapist to ensure ethical, effective, and client-centered care.

Who is this for?

Adults, teens, & children (age 7+yrs) looking for affordable support

You may qualify for our Affordable Therapy Program if you:

Have low or no income

Are a student without insurance

Are experiencing financial hardship

Who Can Therapist In Training Work With

Therapists in Training can support individuals, children, teens, and families facing mild to moderate concerns like anxiety, stress, low mood, parenting challenges, life transitions, self-esteem issues, relationship struggles, emotional regulation, and coping skills

Fees: $70 - $120 per session

Who Therapist in Training Cannot Work With

Therapist in Training cannot work with clients in crisis, at suicide risk, involved in high conflict or legal cases, or with severe mental health needs like trauma, addictions, eating disorders, psychiatric disorders, or cognitive impairments.

What Happens If I Cannot Afford The Fees?

We offer limited pro bono therapy through our internship program.  

Please note: due to high demand, pro bono spots are limited and cannot always be guaranteed.

Ann and Nazila bring over decades of experience working directly with children, youth, and parents in real-life settings such as hospitals, schools, and community mental health spaces. They’ve both supported families through anxiety, emotional and behavioural challenges, learning differences, stress, burnout, and major life changes. They understand how overwhelming it can feel to ask for help, and they work in a way that’s calm, respectful, and practical.
