Ally Paoletti

Intern Therapist
Honours B.A. MACP (Candidate)

I understand that life can feel overwhelming at times, and I’m here to support you in navigating your thoughts, feelings, and life transitions in a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space. I am deeply committed to helping you work through challenges such as burnout, stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, and more, offering steady, supportive guidance throughout your journey.

I bring several years of experience supporting children, youth, and adults across a variety of settings. My work has involved supporting individuals in navigating emotional, behavioural, and cognitive challenges, while fostering the development of healthy coping strategies. Through one-on-one support, I prioritize creating an environment where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative and grounded in a Person-Centred framework. I integrate evidence-based practices while honouring each individual’s unique experiences, needs, and goals. Drawing from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and strengths-based approaches, I tailor each session to best support your personal growth and well-being.

With a strong academic foundation in psychology and counselling, I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University and I am currently completing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I have always been recognized for my ability to listen with empathy and understanding, qualities that have shaped my commitment to supporting others and inspired my decision to pursue a career in counselling. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, reading, spending time with family and friends, and maintaining an active lifestyle.

My goal is to create a warm, inclusive, and supportive space where you feel comfortable expressing yourself openly, gaining clarity, and exploring meaningful pathways towards healing and lasting change.

I am here to support you every step of the way, and I look forward to connecting with you.
