Crisis Text Line - in Canada Text "HOME" to 741741 - free, 24/7.

Distress Centres of Greater Toronto - A non-profit organization that provides emotional support, crisis intervention, and suicide prevention services. Call their 24/7 helpline at 416-408-4357.

Gerstein Crisis Centre - A 24/7 crisis intervention and support service for adults experiencing mental health or addiction issues. Call their helpline at 416-929-5200.

Kids Help Phone - A free, confidential helpline for children and youth in Canada. Call 1-800-668-6868 or text CONNECT to 686868.

Mobile Crisis Rapid Response Team (MCRRT) - A mobile team that provides emergency mental health crisis support in the community. Call their 24/7 helpline at 416-410-8615.

Ontario Mental Health Helpline - A free, confidential helpline that provides information about mental health services in Ontario. Call 1-866-531-2600.

Ontario Shores Crisis Services - A mental health facility in Whitby that provides emergency assessment, crisis intervention, and stabilization services. Call their 24/7 helpline at 1-800-263-2679.

Anxiety Canada- A registered charity and non-profit organization created to raise awareness about anxiety and support access to proven resources and treatment.

Bounce Back- A free program designed to help adults and youth overcome symptoms of anxiety and depression. It offers online resources and telephone coaching. 

Bereaved Families of Ontario - An organization that provides support and resources for individuals and families who have experienced the loss of a loved one. Call their helpline at 1-877-565-8860.

Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) - A national organization that promotes mental health, provides education and support, and advocates for mental health policy.

ConnexOntario - A free, confidential helpline that provides information about addiction and mental health services in Ontario. Call 1-866-531-2600.

Good2Talk - A free, confidential helpline for post-secondary students in Ontario. Call 1-866-925-5454 or text GOOD2TALKON to 686868.

Health Canada - Canada wide resources & services that offers assistance and support for individuals seeking help with substance use-related issues.

National Eating Disorder Information Centre (NEDIC) - provides information, resources, referrals and support to Canadians affected by eating disorders through our toll-free helpline and live chat. 1-866-633-4220. 

Mood Disorders Association of Ontario - An organization that provides support, education, and advocacy for individuals living with mood disorders, such as depression and bipolar disorder. Call their helpline at 1-888-486-8236.

The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) - A mental health and addiction treatment facility in Toronto that provides a range of services, including crisis support, inpatient and outpatient treatment, and research. Call their 24/7 helpline at 416-535-8501.
